Refused or returned orders will be charged freight both ways. No collect freight will be accepted. Returned products must be in their original packaging, in sold as condition and with all manuals and instructions intact. Return freight is the purchaser's responsibility.
All warranties are handled through the manufacturer. You can return the product to us and we will arrange manufactures warranty or we can provide contact details of your nearest authorised warranty agent.
